Veldig mange ganger n\u00e5r jeg legger ut filmer er det for \u00e5 vise et ferdig produkt eller et delm\u00e5l p\u00e5 veien. Jeg har lyst \u00e5 inspirere andre til \u00e5 trene p\u00e5 det samme eller f\u00e5 igang tankeprosessen til hvordan de kan gj\u00f8re det enda bedre eller annerledes.<\/p>\n

A lot of times when I post videos from my training I want to show a finish exercise or goals along the way. I want to inspire others to train the same or get their minds going on how to do this or how they can train it different.<\/em><\/p>\n

Ofte har jeg trent p\u00e5 momentet en lang stund i forveien, pr\u00f8vd ulike fremgangsm\u00e5ter og b\u00e5de l\u00e6rt hva som funker og hva jeg ikke skal gj\u00f8re igjen.<\/p>\nWhat a lot of people dont think about is that for every training video I post I have spent a lot more time on training then the clip shows. The video is almost always just a small part of the training. Et skritt frem, to tilbake, endre strategi, v\u00e6re litt kreativ, la ting ta litt tid, holde p\u00e5 kriteriene og s\u00e5 pr\u00f8ve en gang til.<\/p>\nDerfor tenkte jeg \u00e5 legge ut en film som b\u00e5de viser hvordan det ville sett ut om jeg la ut en filmsnutt med hva jeg vil ha, og en filmsnutt til som viser hvordan hele treningspasset s\u00e5 ut. Med feil og det hele.<\/p>\nA lot of times the road to the finish exercise is one step forward and two steps back, change my strategy, be a little bit creative, let the exercise rest, keep my criterias and then try again.<\/em><\/p>\nThats why I want to post this videos. Dette skal jeg senere bruke b\u00e5de til innkalling med st\u00e5 og avstandskommandering.
