En av m\u00e5tene jeg trener hold fast er gjennom leken (Enten gjennom en naturlig bra kamp eller gjennom en l\u00e6rt kamp)<br \/>\nJeg l\u00e6rer hundene mine at n\u00e5r jeg holder h\u00e5nden over hodet p\u00e5 dem bel\u00f8nner jeg at de holder helt stille uten \u00e5 tygge. Det er enkelt \u00e5 starte i leken, g\u00e5r det bra tar vi det med oss til apporten. G\u00e5r det ikke bra har vi bare v\u00e6rt ute og lekt oss litt.<\/p>\n<p>Todays movie is about holding the dumbbell with a firm grip without chewing. I train this like all other exercises in many different ways. But one of the ways I really like is to teach it through playing.<br \/>\nI reward my dogs for holding still when I hold my hand above their head. As soon as its good I do the same on the dumbbell.
